HAND STRETCHED DOUGH. We use age old Italian Artisan technique when making dough, always fresh never frozen. The secret is to slow-rise the dough (min 24hrs) which means better flavour and easier digestion for you.
FRESHEST INGREDIENTS. We use the best quality freshest ingredients. We source our meat locally from the best British farms and our veg from our own local markets. We are extremely proud of our tomato sauce, which is made from delicious sweet plum tomatoes from Napoli.
TRADITIONAL STONE OVEN. Our oven has been built by hand using traditional methods and materials. At around 450 degrees its capable of cooking thin- based Neapolitan-style pizza in under 2 min.
